Tom Davies – Group Financial Services Managing Director
Tom’s career in the mortgage and property sector began when started as a trainee with Alexander Hall in 2005. he spent 10 years advising clients before attaining the Sales Director and then Managing Director roles at the business, during which time he achieved significant market share growth of total UK mortgage lending.
As Group Financial Services MD, Tom is responsible for the Mortgage Scout brand, LRG’s Mortgage & Protection business. Tom’s focus is to drive the Group FS strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver growth and success for this vital area of the business, whilst ensuring all LRG clients receive the highest standards of advice and service in their mortgage and protection journeys.
Tom is passionate about developing people to maximise their potential, achieve their objectives, whilst having fun along the way! In his spare time, Tom’s spends time with his family and keeping his two young daughters entertained, whilst enjoying exercise, cooking, playing and listening to music and reading the odd book.
