Robert has 25 years’ experience of software development and digital strategy and transformation in the property sector, starting his career as a software developer and then progressing into various leadership roles before joining LRG in 2018 as the Director of Software.

Since starting at LRG Rob has established a highly experienced and dedicated team who, under his leadership and guidance, have gained a strong reputation for innovating, identifying opportunities for process improvement and beneficial change, and quick delivery of successful and significant projects.
