Richard O’Neill has over 19 years’ experience in the Lettings industry and joined the company in 2006 as a member of the team Romans’ Reading Office. He quickly worked his way up the ranks being promoted to Lettings Manager for Tilehurst before opening the Aldershot office and becoming Regional Director for Lettings. Richard moved into his role as Managing Director for Romans Lettings in 2018.

Since then, Richard has also become Managing Director for our Central Region which in addition to Romans includes the Moginie James, Gibbs Gillespie and Portico brands, showing a strong focus on both building and managing the Lettings portfolio.

Richard lives in Farnborough and in his spare time enjoys keeping active, following sport and travelling. He regularly catches up with old colleagues from his time in the Army prior to joining the property industry and has taken part in a number of charity events. Richard has also recently become a keen skydiver adding this to his list of hobbies.
