Kevin started his extensive estate agency career in the late 1980’s with Andrew’s in the West Country. This led to rapid promotion to Area Sales Director (South East). Prior to LRG he was with Spicerhaart for 15 years in various Director roles gaining a wealth of experience managing at scale and expanding into new areas.
He has a BSc in Economics and Politics from Bristol University and is a member of the NAEA.

Kevin is the National Managing Director Residential Sales for the Group heading up the Sales Division and overseeing Mortgage Scout and our auctions division, First for Auctions. All three have grown rapidly since he joined the business in 2015. Kevin has a track record of delivering results through building and motivating high performance teams and a strong belief in customer service.

During his time with LRG, the Sales business has grown organically and successfully through acquisitions.
A keen Manchester City fan, Kevin lives in Surrey with his family, holidays in Italy, enjoys the theatre and walking his dog Hattie.
