Derek has worked in IT for over 30 years, from partnering in a small business involving accountancy software consultancy; point of sale support; hardware support & delivering Microsoft training programs in Southern Africa, to working within the LRG group which I have been a part of for nearly 20 years. He joined the Romans in 2003.

On the personal side, Derek likes challenging himself and therefore spends his spare time looking for pursuits that push him physically and mentally. My love in life, besides my wife and two kids, is motorcycles, both riding them and watching MotoGP.
