David joined LRG four and a half years ago as Chief Operating Officer – he came with over twenty five years of director level and C Suite experience gained across many different industries, energy, logistics, automotive and retail, spanning both corporate and Private Equity and working across USA, Italy, Japan and even Russia. Goal-orientated and communicative, David has a proven record of driving market expansion and revenue growth via strategic sales and marketing campaigns, M&As, organisational change and CRM initiatives.

A leader with vast experience in both B2B and B2C markets, he is committed to driving growth in our business and growth in our people. David leads from the front on LRG’s ESG program of sustainability and environmental commitments and works closely with all parts of the business to ensure our customers and our people always remain our main focus.

When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with his two grown-up sons and Italian Mastif, Rocco!
