David joined Leaders back in 2006 at the Brighton, Western Road branch as a Lettings Negotiator. Since then, David progressed his career with Leaders and in 2018 was promoted to Regional Lettings Director, where he oversaw Lettings branches across the southeast coast from Worthing, through Brighton and out to Eastbourne.

During 2021/ 2022 he held the position of President of the Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association for 2 years, a well-respected industry association that has been in existence for over 100 years. David joined the LRG Acquisition Team back in Sept 2022 and now holds the position of Acquisition Integration Director.

David is a big music fan and enjoys spending time out in the countryside.
