Based in the North West, Rebloom has been managing a variety of building sizes, locations and property types since 2013, with a particular focus on delivering management activities following strict standards, delivering a safe place to live and improving the quality of life for all residents. They currently manage in excess of 550 units in and around the areas of Liverpool and Manchester.

LRG is delighted to confirm that all existing members of staff will remain with the business and the LRG and Rebloom teams will be working closely with Mark Carey to ensure a smooth handover is completed for Rebloom’s portfolio, before he leaves the business.

This latest acquisition sees LRG continue to expand their brand into the Corporate Lettings and Block Management fields, and comes hot on the heels of the Group’s acquisition of Revolution Property Management in March this year.
