The Leaders Romans Group is set to significantly grow its New Homes division following the appointment of a dedicated Director of New Homes for the Leaders brand.
Alison Guyton, currently Leaders’ Head of Marketing and an experienced property expert with 17 years’ experience in the industry to her name, has become the brand’s New Homes Director.
She will work alongside National Sales Director Kevin Shaw and will head up a five-strong team of new homes specialists. It will enable the Leaders Romans Group to bring a larger number of new developments to the market and to achieve even greater results for developers across the UK.
It also provides Leaders landlords with an even greater pool of new homes to choose from when looking for a buy-to-let investment that delivers a great return.
Kevin explains: “House builders across the country are continuing to deliver new homes in greater numbers, with demand for these properties rising each year and the number of new developments increasingly rapidly.
“We see this as a key area of growth for the business and a natural expansion opportunity for our booming sales department. We are going to invest more than ever before in the New Homes team, despite many of our competitors scaling back funding for such projects at the current time.
“It is also incredibly exciting to be able to promote Alison to this new position and I look forward to working with her to develop and enhance the service we offer to developers, helping them to sell new homes quickly and at the best possible prices. Alison and her new team boast all the experience required to advise developers on potential sites, pricing, launch strategy and to market any new development effectively with the added support of a national network of branches.”
The Leaders Romans Group is already the appointed sales agent for a number of the UK’s largest and most high-profile developments, including the construction of 853 new homes at Brighton Marina and the creation of Europe’s largest Passivhaus housing scheme at Rayne Park, Norwich.
Alison, who has previous experience both as an estate agent and as a Business Development Manager within the new homes and off-plan sector of the property industry, says: “Since the merger of Leaders and Romans in 2016, we have been able to offer nationwide coverage to developers looking for an experienced and successful sales agent.
“This service has previously fallen under my role as Head of Marketing, but the creation of a dedicated team of new homes experts will allow us to further improve and expand our service. I am thrilled we have managed to put together such an experienced and knowledgeable team and we are already successfully selling more homes for our developer clients as a result.”
