With a network of 300 branches and a team of 3,355 dedicated employees, we have continued to deliver outstanding results across our diverse range of services, from residential sales and lettings to planning, Build-to-Rent, and corporate property management.
Sales Successes
LRG has demonstrated its market strength with residential property sales totalling an impressive £3.6 billion, encompassing 9,852 properties. The New Homes division successfully sold over £200 million in new homes sales, while our Shared Ownership brand, SOWN, registered 14,558 new buyers and completed 577 unit sales. Additionally, our valuation team assessed over 52,000 properties, leading to 205,355 sales viewings and 140,234 registered sales applicants.
In the corporate sales sector, LRG facilitated 378 asset management, part-exchange, and disposal transactions, with a combined value of £135 million.
Lettings and Property Management
Glide, our block management division, continued its impressive growth, managing 4,849 residential blocks. Despite record demand, our lettings teams remained committed to delivering exceptional service for landlords and tenants alike.
With the continued expansion of Three Sixty Space, our Build-to-Rent division, LRG now oversees 11 BTR developments, managing 2,238 units under corporate management. Meanwhile, Dunlop Heywood, our business rates consultancy, successfully completed 971 appeals/audits, generating estimated client savings of £20.5 million.
A Year of Impact and Innovation
Beyond sales and lettings, LRG has made a significant impact across all property divisions and its ESG credentials:
9,944 surveys conducted, supporting buyers and investors. 3,188 mortgages arranged alongside 935 mortgage protection policies. Our planning division secured consent for 7,269 homes and 61,001 sq. m of
commercial space, with 41,712 homes being promoted through local plans. 14,689 new tenant insurance policies issued with a total insured value of £2.47 million.
Leaders Romans Group played an active role in sustainability, planting 4,000 trees, restoring 300sqm of oysters, and supporting 30,000sqm of wildflower-rich meadows. As part of our community commitment, we donated 61,225 books and raised £36,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
