Leaders Romans Group (LRG), one of the UK’s largest property services groups, today confirmed completion of the acquisition of Hose Rhodes Dickson, extending the company’s reach into the Isle of Wight and cementing its strong presence on the South Coast.
Hose Rhodes Dickson has grown organically since its inception in 1990 to become the Isle of Wight’s largest estate agency. With eight branches in Ventnor, Newport, Bembridge, Cowes, East Cowes, Ryde, Shanklin and Freshwater, the company has a strong foothold on the island and is a highly respected brand name within the local community.
Under new ownership, Hose Rhodes Dickson has ambitious plans to strengthen its position within the property market, as well as bringing additional services to the Isle of Wight.. The three active directors: Matthew White, Marcus Waldron and Jamie Busby will retain leadership roles within the business.
