Richard has spent his career to date working in Financial Services in a variety of roles, across a variety of sectors. He has worked for Lloyds and TSB Bank, Foresters Friendly Society, Teachers Assurance, LV and Amigo Loans. Richard has been in Risk and Compliance roles for the last 20 years and is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association having successfully passed the Postgraduate Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Richard is excited about developing the Risk and Compliance further and providing additional levels of support and assurance to the business.

Outside of work, Richard is married to Michelle and lives just outside Bournemouth. Richard enjoys spending time with his two group up daughters, the dog and horse as well as playing tennis. Richard also serves as a Presiding Justice for the Southampton Magistrates Court.
